Pinnacle Youth Intervention Program, Gold Coast

The Gold Coast needs strong, resilient young people who know how to deal with whatever life throws them.  We all have the need to feel connected and discover that we have the inbuilt capacity to successfully adapt to change and stressful events in healthy and constructive ways. Being challenged to get out of our comfort zone makes us stronger and empowers us to get back up when life pushes us down.  When we dig deep within we find freedom which encourages us to use our strengths and skills, and follow our life purpose.

Gold Coast Pinnacle Expanding Influence!

We are excited to announce we are currently expanding the Pinnacle Program to impact more young people by setting up a Pinnacle Team on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast this year.  More information soon!

Channel 7 interviews Pinnacle of Terror: Noosa Christian College

The Pinnacle of Terror Gold Coast has featured in events run by local councils, PCYC, local schools, and youth and social groups, and now has made it to the local channel 7 news (see You Tube below).

Brad Melville, Co-Director of the Pinnacle of Terror Resilience Programme, said,

“The vision of Pinnacle of Terror is to help reverse the effects of the current trends of society which include emptiness, despondency, and a lack of direction in youth; and to see the younger generation grow up with greater self worth, resilience and purpose in life.”

Pinnacle of Terror programs are run primarily using a mobile trailer which has six-metre high ropes activities in-built, which include the “Leap of Faith” and a six-metre high “Rock Wall.”  Ground-based learning activities are incorporated to emphasise key principles and values, such as teamwork, problem solving, resilience and leadership.
